We will be depositing your application fee next week, and we'll send you an email with all the year's deadlines, forms and info in January. If your plans change or you change your mind and want to drop out, please email and let us know. The deadline to drop out and get a full refund is June 15, 2009. If you are on the waiting list, don't despair! The longer you can hang in there, the better your chances are of getting in the festival. Remember, not only do companies drop out of the fringe, companies ahead of you on the waiting list drop out too. While we can't guarantee that you'll get in, in past years, we've managed to squeeze extra companies in one way or another  - sometimes we have room in the schedule, last year we even found a new venue. We'll post the waiting list on our website in the new year so you can follow your progress up the ladder. Up until we're scheduled, we take shows off the list according to our regional quotas (ie. a local show drops out, a local show gets in.) After we schedule, we have to look at show length, technical requirements and other realities of making particular shows work in the empty space we have available. PS. we won't be depositing your application fee until we can offer you a spot and hear back that you accept.
