DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO ORDER ONLINE?
No - you can simply enter your credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) without registering for paypal. If you are registered, you are welcome to use your paypal account. If you pay by e-check, we will not be notified of your order until it clears (10 days) so you may miss your show - please do not use this option.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY TICKETS?
We don't ship tickets (although your paypal confimation email may mention shipping), so you'll need to pick them up. You can pick up your complete order at the door of the show you are going to see, starting one hour before showtime. It's a good idea to print a copy of your order confirmation and bring it with you.

HOW CAN I BOOK ADVANCE TICKETS WITH A PASS?
Festival Passes go on sale January 15 for the Fringe and Uno Fests. More details coming soon.

CAN I GET TICKETS BY PHONE?
Yes! Call (250)383-2663 Mon-Fri, 10 am - 5 pm. We are a small office so you may have to leave a message - we will call you back!

CAN I GET ADVANCE TICKETS IN PERSON?
Although we dont have a regular in-person box office, you can arrange to get advance tickets in person at the Intrepid Theatre Club, #2, 1609 Blanshard (at Fisgard). We are generally here M-F 10-5 - however, it's a good idea to call ahead to let us know you are coming.

CAN I GET TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
Usually - but some shows do sell out. Any tickets not sold in advance are available at the door startin one hour before showtime.

I WANT TO SEE A SHOW TONIGHT - BUT CAN'T FIND THE TIX ONLINE.
We "switch off" the day's shows at 4:00 pm, so you won't find tickets for tonight's shows online. Advance tickets may still be available by phone at (250)383-2663, until 5 pm weekdays.

HELP! I THINK I PAID TWICE BY ACCIDENT!
Never fear - You can email us if you think this happened and we will issue a refund via paypal.

THIS SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK ON MY COMPUTER
Our apologies, this happens occationally is most likely a browser issue. Please call us at 250-383-2663 to book your tickets, or email your order with your contact info and a good time to phone you for your credit card details.
