Picking Up Your Tickets & other FAQs

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO ORDER ONLINE?
No - you can enter a credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) without registering for paypal. If you are registered, you are welcome to use your paypal account.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY TICKETS?
We don't ship tickets (although your paypal confirmation email will mention shipping), so you'll need to pick them up. You can pick up your complete order at the door of the show you are going to see, starting one hour before showtime. It's a good idea to print a copy of your order confirmation and bring it with you.

HOW CAN I BOOK ADVANCE TICKETS WITH A PASS?
You can buy pass on line, then give us a call at 383-2663 when you decide which shows/nights you want to attend, or email your request. Please give us at least 24 hours notice. your pass is also valid for tickets at the door, subject to availability.

WHERE ARE THE VENUES?
The Metro Studio is located at 1411 Quadra (at Johnson St) in downtown Victoria. There's street parking in the neighbourhood. The Intrepid Studio is located at 1609 Blanshard (enter off Fisgard). There is limited evening parking in the parking lot - please ask at the box office when you arrive where it is ok to park.

CAN I GET TICKETS BY PHONE?
Yes! Call (250)383-2663 Mon-Fri, 10 am - 5 pm.

CAN I GET ADVANCE TICKETS IN PERSON?
We don't have a daytime in-person box office at this time. If you can't book tickets with a credit card, call Intrepid Theatre at 383-2663 (mon-Fri, 10-5) to book an appointment to get your tickets in person.

CAN I GET TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
We sell remaining tickets at the door of venue starting one hour prior to showtime. Some shows do sell out, so get advance tickets or come early to the door.

I WANT TO SEE A SHOW TONIGHT - BUT CAN'T FIND THE TIX ONLINE.
We "switch off" the day's shows at 4:00 pm, so you won't find tickets for tonight's shows online. Advance tickets may still be available by phone at (250)383-2663, up until 5pm on the night of the show (Mon-Fri only).

HELP! I THINK I PAID TWICE BY ACCIDENT!
Never fear - You can email us if you think this happened and we will issue a refund via paypal.

THIS SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK ON MY COMPUTER
We've had a couple of people who haven't been able to make our online store cooperate with their computer. This is probably a browser issue. Please call us at 383-2663 to book your tickets, or email your order with your contact info and a good time to phone you for your credit card details.
